Yes, I am aware its the middle of July and I haven't posted anything for almost a month. Apologies. Been quite lazy because its the holidays etc.
Just got back from church camp yesterday, with the awesome ah Hooi Hooi driving. I have a picture on the camera, but not loaded into the computer yet. Hope you weren't going slowly insane with us girls in the car! Camp was great -- good times!
On a totally different note, this was what I was supposed to post earlier, but never got around to it... Is it illegal to wear balaclavas (or whatever else is used by robbers - stockings etc) outside?? Because if you weren't intending stage a hold-up, it would be okay to wear it, right? I mean, we're not so tightly controlled by the government that they dictate what we wear right?
But it is very stereotypical -- if I saw someone wearing a balaclava or a stocking on their head I would run away. Or at least walk very fast in the opposite direction.

illegal huh???... i've always wanted to get caught .. hm... think abt this!!!
ok i'm going... going..
*gone thinking*
Hi Alison,
I think a tv show actually had someone put on a stocking on his head and walked into many shops to buy things over the counter. They filmed the shocked and frightened responses of the salesperson at the counter. The way they portrayed it was very funny because the guy was just buying something over the counter and wearing a stocking on his head. It's indeed stereotypical. Try it yourself Alison.
By the way, my younger brother is here in Canberra with me now till 25th July.
