It's flasher time

I guess I should post as I won't get another chance for a while. Although we do have the internet at home, I have no idea how to set it up (as I am sooo computer-savvy). Long story.

And hey, I'm bored, and cell doesn't start for another 45 minutes. I know I'm wasting my $1.43 I have left on my student account. By the end of today, it's be something like $0.30.

Anyway, I have decided to become...

A flasher.

No, it's not what you were thinking, you sick people. I'm going to be one of those people who flash their lights to the oncoming traffic whenever they see a speed camera. I have been flashed so many times, so I thought that I should return the favour.

Woohoo, how exciting.

And (in regards to my last post) what is spyware, by the way? Sounds exciting. And should I use that blogger word spam thingy (haha, you can just tell how computer-savvy I am, look at my hi-tech lingo) to filter out the comment spam? The main reason I don't want to do it is because it'll be so annoying for the people who comment on this blog (I so do love your comments!)

And let's have a random quote of the day as I haven't had one for so long!

Ahh... finally

At last, the net again. Not that it was gone for very long to start off with, but it felt like months. And sadly, nothing too exciting has happened to me. Except for moving, that is. Ooh, we didn't have a landline phone for a while, nor a mailbox, so communication with people other than my family was...meh.

And even now, the mailbox outside our house = a few bricks and some sticky tape. What the?

Hmm, what else happened on my uneventual time away from the beloved computer? Well, I was sick for the past couple of days. Still have a sore throat. Chucked a sickie from the one day I actually needed to go to uni. How bad is that!!?

On another note, I'm checking my email (also for the first time in forever). I have a record 52 new mail! How exciting. Too bad so many of them are from some "Mailer Delivery Subsystem: Returned Mail", that I never even sent. I have like 20+ of them!

I really should add more stuff considering I haven't been posting for ages. But as usual, I have nothing to say. How about a few spaces?

Wow, feels long now. :]

And I'm not allowed to go on for very long because my sister wants to go on... so sorry, but I will read and comment on all your blogs as soon as possible.

Cheers!

Moving again

We are finally moving again. It's weird, I've lived in the same house for over 16 years, but in a matter of months, I would have lived in three different houses.

I only packed the bare minimum when living in this rented house we're living in now. But I can't seem to fit everything back in the boxes/bags/suitcases it came in. Most probably because I've bought so much stuff while living here. I have like 5 extra CDs, 4-5 jackets/jumpers, shirts... I never realised how much stuff I buy in such a small period of time. But hey, I do share a lot of clothes with my sister...

I'm very excited to finally move into a permanent house again. Except that somehow my brother is ending up with the biggest bedroom in the house. What's up with that?!

I just typed in the title. Don't you reckon that the word "moving" looks weird? You know how if you stare at a word for too long, the word looks like its misspelt? Not that I've been staring at the word "moving", but it does look misspelt... ah, I have no idea what I'm talking about!

Had a Bad Day?

It feels like I haven't been on the internet for ages. In reality, however, it's only been like three days.

Anyway, I'm loving the song (and video clip) by David Powter -- "Bad Day":

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride
You had a bad day
The camera don't lie
You're coming back down and you really don't mind
You had a bad day

I saw (and heard) the clip first on Eclipse Music TV (Saturday, channel 7) . The hosts on that show are so cool. Jesse Tobin and Lizzie Lovette are hilarious together!

On another note, the Eagles lost again on Saturday. How depressing. I know that they're definately in the preliminary finals, but I really hope that they get into (at least) the semi-finals.

Ooh, and it's my sister's birthday tomorrow. She turns 15. So young! Time for a nice memory perhaps? On Wednesdays I stay at uni until late (for cell). We message each other stupid messages which are so hilarious (and a waste of money). For example (some of the things she says):

HEY FATTY!!
I just came home.
its so hot! how was
your day! yay!
you're not coming home! = )
bye fatty from the
best sister in the world! = P

Hey fatty! i'm doing
so much homework right
now! i should reward
myself with food! = P
newaiz i'm hungry, are
you? i need more food!
ahaha i'll cya later! buhbye
fatty and remember to
eat dinner! = D

One of mine:

Hey are you awake
yet fatty? wake up!
why are you sleeping?
good luck and have fun
today at school! smell
ya later!

Ahh, the memories.

I'm talking downtown!

I'm starting with another autistic child on Monday. So I finally have two families that I work with. Until the first family moves, that is. But for a while, Mondays will be quite rushed. I finish with the first family at 3pm, and have to be with the next family at 3:30pm. Remind myself to finish on time! Because otherwise, I'm screwed. Well, not really screwed, but more like late.

Children's Church was really fun on Sunday, the focus was on mission trips and stuff. Not sure what this had to do with crawling pitch-black under chairs and then landing in jail, but hey, whatever works.

Oh and I lost a wrestling match with a 5 year old. And we're talking downtown. :OP
